We will accept for replacement, credit, or refund unused and unwashed merchandise returned within 30 days of original shipment. Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization from Monkey Bar Buddies. Only the cost of merchandise will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You may email your return request to returns@monkeybarbuddies.com. Size exchanges are handled as new orders. Simply order the new item online, and we will process the new order and ship it promptly. Your account will be credited when we receive your return. Please send your package back in a manner that can be tracked (i.e. UPS, Fed-ex).
